The 2012 Audi TT is a versatile sports coupe available in Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige trim levels. Launched as concept car thirteen years ago, the Audi TT became a reality later. It sports the landmark domed design that cocoon passengers in sleek, luxurious comfort.
Powertrain And Performance
The 2012 Audi TT comes standard with a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 211 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. All-wheel drive is also standard. The only transmission available is a six-speed dual-clutch automated manual transmission that works like a traditional automatic or through driver inputs via the shift lever on the center console or shift paddles on the steering wheel.
The 2012 Audi TT has an estimated fuel economy of 22 mpg city/31 mpg highway and 26 mpg combined.
Build And Styling
Seventeen-inch five-arm alloy wheels are standard on all three trims. However, 18" seven-arm, 18" ten-spoke bicolor and 19" seven-double-spoke alloy wheels are optional. Bi-xenon adaptive headlights, exterior aluminum elements, mirrors, halogen headlights, retractable rear spoiler, single frame grille, and two front fog lights are standard.
Inside, Alcantara seating inserts, Audi exclusive line, auto-dimming, anti-glare interior mirror with digital compass display, automatic climate control, interior LED lighting Package, power windows, power control locking system, and ten-way power front seats with Alcantara/leather surface are among standard features. Baseball optic leather and heated front seats are optional.
Enhanced Interior, S Line Sports and Storage packages with upscale amenities are available. Audi Concert AM/FM stereo system, auxiliary audio input jack, Bluetooth connectivity, and SIRIUS satellite radio are among the interior features.
