Overview
The 2010 Audi S6 is a high-performance sedan available in one well equipped trim level. The S6 gets Audi's third-generation MMI electronics controller, including better graphics, improved menus and easier navigation operation for the 2010 model year. Audi has also added Real-time traffic information.
Powertrain And Performance
The all-wheel driven Audi S6 derives power from a robust 5.2-liter V10 engine good for 425 hp and 398 lb-ft of torque. A six-speed automatic with manual shift control is the only available transmission. It sprints to 60 mph from zero in just 5.1 seconds delivering a fuel economy of 14/19 city/highway 19 mpg.
Build And Styling
The 2010 Audi S6 comes with Audi adaptive headlights, dual exhaust quad tailpipes, LED taillights, sunroof and rolls on standard 19-inch five-parallel-spoke S design wheels with summer performance tires. Eighteen-inch seven-double-spoke alloy wheels are optional.
The intriguing interior is equipped with power tilt-telescoping steering column, cruise control, a rearview camera, Bluetooth hands-free system, the MMI controller, a hard-drive-based navigation system (includes real-time traffic) and a 13-speaker surround-sound system with six-CD changer, satellite radio and iPod interface. Eight-way power front sport seats with lumbar adjustment and driver memory functions, leather upholstery, heated front and rear seats are among its key features. The cargo volume stands at a generous 16 cubic feet.
The standard Audi MMI Navigation plus features a seven-inch, full-color LCD screen and MMI control logic. The S6 is equipped with the latest generation of MMI, powered by a 40-GB hard drive and an NVIDIA processor to enhance graphics.

The standard safety features on the 2010 Audi S6 include antilock disc brakes, stability control, anti-theft alarm system, central locking system, LATCH, side guard, three-point safety belts, front-seat side and full-length side curtain airbags. Rear side airbags are optional.
